1. After completing Step 2 (Set), put the Returning Buffer over the lashes.
2. Leave on for 1–2 minutes to neutralize and rebalance pH (to avoid over-processing).
3. Remove gently with a micro brush or cotton swab.
4. Continue with your lash tint and finishing treatment.

Litmus Test Included

Test the pH level:

• STEP 1: Apply Step 1 lash perm on the litmus strip – turns blue (pH 11-13, alkaline).

• STEP 2: Apply the buffer - returns to yellow (pH 4.5-5.5, mildly acidic).
