Step 3 Essence (nourishing agent) is a unique formula of lash enhancing, conditioning, moisturizing and strengthening ingredients that synergistically work to help improve the overall appearance of eyelashes.

Procedure :

• Using a microbrush, follow the same steps used for applying the perming and setting lotions to applying the essence (nourishing agent).
• Let nourishing set for five minutes to condition the eyelashes as the last step.
